Should I dry-clean my item before sending back?
Please do not under any circumstances try and clean or dry-clean your rental piece your self. We have a team that will investigate the item and try every technique to get a stain out before charging someone for a destroyed item.
What happens if I lose of damage the product?
You agree to treat the product as it were your best friends favorite piece of clothes. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the rental piece due to theft, disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor damage. If you return a product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we will charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the product, as determined in our discretion, up to the retail value for the Product.
How many days can I keep the item?
You have 5 days AFTER the date chosen on the calendar to ship the item back using the prepaid shipping label provided.
What is your cancellation policy?
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of rental period start date. Any cancellation before 7 days after your rental selection you will be given a full refund. Any cancellation made after 7 days after you placed your order will result in a credit to your account less a $9.95 cancellation fee for keeping the item reserved and limiting other customers from renting it.
My item arrived and it does not fit. What is the return policy?
When you order an item online, there's always a chance it might not fit. If this is the case, please go online and contact customer service.
(Please note that while the refund is immediately processed and issued, it may take 5-7 days for it to show up on your bank statement.)
How much is shipping/delivery?
Shipping is $9.95 for delivery to you and shipping back to us! If something is returned due to sizing an amount of $9.95 will be deducted from the amount of the credited being given for the return.
Is there a late fee?
In addition each day the item is late there is a $30/day late fee. The reason it is $30/day is because if the item is not back on time we are unable to deliver it to the next customer that has ordered that same item.
What if I am charged for item damages that I did not create?
While it is not ideal, rented items experience normal wear and tear as well as other damages. If you receive an item that has already been damaged, please notify us immediately and schedule a return. We will either refund you in full for the rental or you can exchange it for another item.
